At breakfast, we arrived 5 minutes before it was about to close one morning. Things had already begun to be packed away. This should not happen until after the deadline. The deadline should only be used to stop admitting people, not to pressurise those who are there. We were admitted and were physically racing against staff who tried to reach things before we did and snatch them from under our noses so we couldn't get them. This was our only bad experience and it was quite unacceptable. Again, the deadline should be used to stop admitting people. Those who are admitted should be entitled to have their breakfast in peace.

Spacious rooms and helpful staff were the best aspects of my stay during New Year's Eve. The gym and swimming pool were well-maintained, and the location was convenient for visiting nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and a decent breakfast buffet.

Check-out time needs to be quicker. The process needs to be reviewed and improve so that guest spend less time waiting in line and also at the counter.

There is construction going on here until the end of 2012 so it's very loud. I complained and was moved 4 times but the noise was terrible in any room. Also, breakfast and drinks are very expensive although they do have a happy hour from 8 until midnight. Example, a coffee and a hot chocolate cost the equivalent of 21 Euro

Amid the bustling city, this hotel provided an escape with its luxurious facilities. I was impressed by the well-equipped gym and exclusive amenities in the room. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the bar/lounge area offered a great atmosphere to unwind after exploring the city.

Though the service was great, the coffee/tea section in the lobby was too far from the room. this hotel provided a comfortable and memorable stay with its exceptional service and private facilities.
